Transcribed Reaction - from Iraq

We absolutely LOVE our military wives... and we LOVE hearing about the reaction of their men who get this gift while they're deployed. A few months ago, Dao had a photo shoot with Deena, and we asked her if she would report back to us after she sent her custom-designed 12-month calendar over to Iraq. Well, she not only gave us a report; she actually trascribed everything he said, word-for-word! She made him call her when the package arrived so that she could hear his reaction. Thanks, Dao, for sending us the transcribed version of his reaction! Here's Dao's email to us:

Deena, The pictures are so beautiful. Looking at the pictures proves to me what a talented photographer you are. You are awesome! I was so nervous sending my calendar to him in Iraq, but after he received it, and what he has to say about the pictures, I am happy I did it. I wish I was able to see his face when he opened it but I think from what he said, he loves it. Thank you, thank you. He got the package early so I told him he can open it now. This is what he said to me when he opened the package (I told him to tell me exactly what he was doing so I would know).

He said, "I'm taking off the ribbon, I'm now tearing off the tissue paper (and he's doing this slowly) - "I'm now opening the box," and then, brief silence - "Holy ....!" (I don't know if you want to put that in) "Oh my God -babe!" "Wow -I'm speechless... You are so beautiful! This is so nice... When did you do this? ... Who took the pictures? ... You are so beautiful babe! I love them... I'm the luckiest man... No present in the world tops this. I love you and I can't wait to come home! Tell the photographer I said thank you."
